Log in to Public Portal as a public user
If you are logging into the Public Portal for the first time and you had an account in Accela Citizen Access (ACA), complete the following steps.
To log in to Public Portal as a public user

Select Login.

Enter your username, email address, and password that you used in ACA.

Select Login.

If your password does not meet the criteria for the Public Portal, you'll be asked to create a new password and verify it by entering it twice.

One you have created the new password you'll be prompted to log in.

Enter you username, email address, and the new password you just created.

If your password does meet the criteria for Public Portal, you are logged in.
Your records will be there when you log in to the new Public Portal.
