Reset your password as a public user

You can change your password or reset it if you have forgotten your password.

Change your password

  1. Log in to Public Portal.

  2. Select the Profile menu.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Enter your Current password.

  5. Enter your New password.

  6. Confirm your new password by entering it again.

  7. Select Save new password.

Reset your password

  1. From the login page, the select Forgot your password to navigate to the Forgot password screen.

  2. Enter the email address you used to register.

  3. Select the Send me a reset link.

  4. Open your email and locate the reset email.

  5. Select the password reset link in the email.

  6. Enter your new password.

    Note: You will be prompted to complete the password requirements for security purposes.

  7. Confirm your new password by entering it again.

  8. Select Save.

    You will receive confirmation that your password has been successfully reset.

Note: You can also use this workflow to reset your password if you are locked out of your account.
