Reorder the navigation menu

You can reorder all top-level navigation items as well as any sub-level items nested underneath them.

Tip: Preview the user home page when you make changes.

Reorder top-level navigation items

  1. From Public Portal administration, select General settings > Content > Navigation menu.

  2. In the Navigation menu links list, in the far, left column, hover the mouse over the drag handle and click it.

  3. Drag and drop the top-level navigation item up or down the list.

  4. After the order is set, select Publish to save your changes to the user home page.

    • Select Discard changes to undo your changes.

Reorder sub-level navigation items

  1. From Public Portal administration, select General settings > Content > Navigation menu.

  2. Open the top-level navigation item to display the sub-level items.

  3. In the Navigation menu links list, in the far, left column, hover the mouse over the drag handle and click it.

  4. Drag and drop the sub-level navigation item up or down the list.

  5. After the order is set, select Publish to save your changes to the user home page.

    • Select Discard changes to undo your changes.

Tip: You can also drag a sub-link from one parent to another.
