External APO Data and parcels
External address, parcel and owner (APO) data refer to the APO data from external data source. Your system administrator can configure Civic Platform in a way that allows you to view records associated with external parcels data. You can also run reports for associated records. For information on running reports, see Run a report from a record.
If your agency administrator configure a GIS map layer as external parcel source, you can retrieve GIS objects from the map layer as external parcels, and attach the external parcels to records.

From the Parcels page, select GIS.
