Manually enable a user account
After a user account becomes inactive longer than the agency or user account disable time frame, or if the account password has expired, the user cannot access Civic Platform. The agency administrator must manually enable the account.

From the Administration menu, select User profile > User.

Enter search criteria into the Search field to locate the user to edit
OR
Navigate to the user to edit.

From the Actions column, select Actions > Edit next to the user you want to edit.

Select the Settings tab.

Select Enable under Status.

Select Save.
