Create and edit inspection groups
You can create and edit inspection groups. This allows you to configure the inspection group and associate inspection types to the inspection group.
When you create an inspection group, you determine the group code, the group name, and the inspection types the group includes.
To create an inspection group

From the Administration menu, select Inspection > Inspection.

Select Create new.

Complete these fields:
Field Action Inspection group code Enter a unique group code.
Note: You could enter a shortened version of the inspection group name as the group code. For example, you might name an inspection group "Restaurant Build Out" and shorten the title to "RestBuildOut" for the inspection group code.Inspection group name Enter a unique group name.
Note: The Inspection group name is the complete name of the inspection group you are creating. -
Select Submit.
Note: Once you have created the inspection group, you can add inspection types to the group. See Add, edit, and delete inspection types.
After you add an inspection group, you might need to modify the group information, including associated inspection types, checklist groups, inspection point values, and their display order.
To edit an inspection group

From the Administration menu, select Inspection > Inspection.

If needed, enter a search for your inspection group in the Search inspection type field.

Select the inspection group code link to open the edit page for that group.

From this page, make changes to the Inspection group name and/or the Configure by menu.

Select Save.

Either:

Select Add inspection type.
or

Select the Inspection type link to edit an existing inspection type.

Make changes to the inspection type. For more details, see Add, edit, and delete inspection types.

Select Save.
