Assign a data or global filter
You can assign filters to individual users, to entire groups, or to modules in the Recipient tab of the Data and Global filters. After assigning a query to a user or group, those users can see the query in their filters list in the toolbar for the applicable list page. If you created multiple queries for that page, you can select a primary filter to apply to the page.
To assign a filter

From the Administration menu, select Data filter & query and select either Data filter or Global filter.

Select a page from the Portlet list.

Select Submit.

Either:

Select New to create a new filter.
or

Select the filter name for the filter you want to edit.

Select the Recipient tab in the filter's detail section.

Select the option to assign the filter to a module, group, or user.

Navigate to the module, group, or user to assign to the filter and select it.

Select Submit.
Note: You can remove a model, group or user by selecting the check box(es) next to the module(s), group(s), or user(s) displayed in the Recipient tab and select Delete.
