Delete a data or global filter assignment

You can remove a data or global filter from a user or user group. If a user or group has had a particular data or global filter assigned to limit their access to information, you can remove that filter if it no longer applies.

To remove a data or global filter assignment

  1. From the Administration menu, select Data filter & query and select either Data filter or Global filter.

  2. From the Portlet menu, select the portlet with the filter you want to modify.

  3. Select Submit.

  4. In the Name column, select the link to the filter with the recipient you want to remove.

    Note: If you do not see the filter you want to change, select Search and enter the search criteria for the filter.
  5. Select the Recipient tab.

  6. Select the check box next each recipient you want to remove from the list.

  7. Select Delete.
