Create a set from a record list page
You can create a set directly from the record list page by using the Search options that you have available in the page to locate the records you want to include in a new set.
To create a set from a record page

Open a record list page.
Note: You can use Search to locate the records you want to include in your new set. This allows you to use the Select all and create a set feature. -
Do one of the following:

To create a set from all of the records listed in the list page:

Select Create a set > Select all and create a set.

To create a set from manually selected records in the list portlet:

Select the check box next to the records that you want to include in the new set.

Select Create a Set > Create a Set.

Complete the following fields with available data:
Field Action Set ID Civic Platform automatically generates a default code for the Set ID. If you want to change the set ID, enter an alphanumeric code. For example, enter “EDP.”
After you save a new set, you cannot change the Set ID.
Set Name Enter a name to identify this set. Civic Platform permits duplicate set names. Comments Enter commentary as needed.
For example, you can summarize the purpose for creating the set.
Set Type Select a set type from the list field.
The set type defines who has permissions to work with a set, what scripts are available for the set, and which values for Set Status are available.
Set Status Select a status describing the set from the list field. The available status options change depending on the set type you select. Set Status Comments Enter comments about the set status as needed. -
Select Submit.
