Add a new professional from a record

You can add new professionals to a record via the Professionals tab of a record.

Note: Civic Platform does not store professionals added from this location in the reference database. To add a new professional to your reference database, see Add a licensed professional.

To add a new professional to a Record

From the Records page, find and open the record you want to work with.
Select the Professionals tab.
Select New.
Complete the required fields and others as needed. See Licensed professional details for field definitions.
Select Submit.
