Log in or out of Civic Platform

Your agency's name, a valid user name, and a password are all you need to log into Civic Platform. If you don’t have these, contact your system administrator.

Note: These values are case sensitive.

To log in to Civic Platform

In your web browser, navigate to your agency's login page for Civic Platform. The URL is provided by your agency.

Note: Use the Add this page to your favorites link below the Login button for easier access to future work sessions. Use the Remember my information option to auto-populate everything but your password.
Enter your agency name, assigned user name, and password in the designated fields.
Select Login.

To log out of Civic Platform

Select the Applications menu in the upper right corner of the page.
Select Sign out.

Note: If your session is inactive for a set period of time, the session times out and Civic Platform automatically signs you out. You may receive a session time-out warning with the option to continue the session and avoid timing out.
