Pay a license fee

When payment is received for a license fee, you can apply the payment to the license.

Note: Depending on your agency’s business practices and user permissions, you may not be able to apply payments to license fees. Contact your agency administrator if you have questions.

To pay a license fee

  1. From the Record page, open the license you want to modify.

  2. Select the Payment tab.

  3. Select Pay.

  4. Make any needed modifications to prepopulated fields and complete other fields as needed. See License details for field definitions.

  5. Select Save.

  6. If you applied a partial payment, enter the correct amount in the Amount field, and then select Submit.

    Note: Civic Platform displays a receipt in a popup window. You can use your browser's print function to print the receipt.
