Reschedule an inspection
There are many reasons that you might need to reschedule an inspection. You may need to reschedule an inspection because a contractor did not finish the work on time or perhaps the inspector did not have time to do the inspection on the originally scheduled date.
You can reschedule an inspection through the Service Request, Building Permit, or Inspection pages.
Note: If you reschedule an inspection from a group that is not the default inspection group, the rescheduled inspection does not affect the inspection workflow.

On the desired page, select the Inspections tab.

Select each inspection you want to reschedule.

Hover over Manage inspectionto display a command menu, then select Reschedule inspections.

Complete the required fields and others as needed. For a list field descriptions, see Inspection scheduling and results fields.

Select Submit.
You can reschedule inspections on the Inspections page.
To reschedule an inspection on the Inspections page

On the Inspections page, select the inspection you want to reschedule.

Hover over Manage inspectionto display a command menu, then select Reschedule inspections.
