View and edit document review tasks
You can view and edit review tasks for a document in Civic Platform.
If you assign a document to more than one reviewer, you can view a list of review tasks for that document as needed.
To view a list of document review tasks by document

Locate the document that you want to work with. You can search the Documents tab for the selected record, the Sub tasks tab of the workflow page, or the Document review tasks tab on the My tasks page. You can also use Global Search to locate a document. See Global search for more information.

Open the Document information dialog by either selecting the document's File name or by selecting Actions > View doc info.

Select the Doc review tasks tab.
You may need to modify the details for a document review task for a number of reasons; for example, you may need to reassign the task, or you may need to add additional instructions in the Comments box.
To edit a document review task

Locate the document that you want to work with. You can search the Documents tab for the selected record, the Sub tasks tab of the workflow page, or the Document review tasks tab on the My tasks page. You can also use Global Search to locate a document. See Global search for more information.

Open the Document information dialog by either selecting the document's File name or by selecting Actions > View doc info.

Select the Doc review tasks tab.

Open the task that you want to edit.

Modify the task details as needed.

Select Submit to save your changes.
