View and delete alerts
You may receive alerts about records with which you are working. You can view alert details and delete alerts after you no longer need them.
If you receive an alert, you can view the details about that alert and about the associated record as needed.
Note: Not all alerts have an associated record.
To view record details from an alert

From the Alert page, open the alert you want to view.

If the alert has an associated record, select the record ID.

Review the information that displays.
If you no longer need to view an alert, you can delete it.
To delete an alert

Open the Alert page.

Select the check box next to the alert(s) you want to delete.

Select Delete.
