Email a public user the link to single-sign-on

From the Public user administration page, you can email a public user the link to your agency's single-sign-on (SSO) system.

Notes: 

  • The user’s email address must be current for this feature to work properly.

  • If you want to customize the text of the email associated with changing the user password, see Customize an email for more information.

  • If a user forgets their password, they will need to follow the agency's protocol for changing SSO passwords.

To send the SSO link

  1. From the Administration menu, select System toolsPublic user.

  2. Select the check box next to the user which requires a resetting of their password.

  3. Select Email SSO link to reset the password.
