Schedule inspections from a record list
Civic Platform provides the capability to schedule inspections directly from a record list, without having to navigate to the calendars area.
To schedule an inspection from a record list

On the Building permits page, open the record for which you want to schedule an inspection.

Select the Calendar tab.

Change the month and year, if needed.

Select an event type or inspection type calendars from the Show list, if needed.

Select New Inspection.

Move a inspection(s) from the Available inspection types field to the Selected inspection types field to schedule for the application.

Select Schedule inspections.

Complete the inspection scheduling information.

Select Submit.
