Group updates for PM schedules

You can edit or update multiple Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PM Schedules) if they all require the same change with the Group update feature. For example, you can add the same Schedule status to all the records using the Group update function.

To perform a group update on PM schedules

  1. From the PM schedules page, select a PM Schedule that contains the details you want to apply to other PM Schedules.

  2. Select the PM schedule tab, update any details as appropriate, and select Save.

  3. Return to the PM schedules page and select the other PM schedules that you want to update with the same details.

  4. Go to Menu > Group update.

  5. Edit the PM schedule with the new values.

  6. Click Save.
