PM schedule execution history

An execution event occurs when you use a preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to generate work orders. When an event executes, Civic Platform tracks the data associated with the event, including attached work orders and assets, for historical purposes.

You can view a log of execution events. You can also search or filter the log to see only the execution events you want to see.

To view a log of execution events

1. From the PM schedules page, find and open the desired PM schedule.

2. Select the PM schedule log tab.

3. To display only specific execution events from the log, do one of the following:

   • Select Search, enter the desired search criteria, and select Submit.

   • From the My Filters list, select the desired filter. For more information on how to use filters, see Filters.
