Condition notices

If a record is set to display condition notices (see Display notice in Conditions form default fields), Civic Platform displays the condition status bar on the record page.

The condition status bar shows the condition with the highest severity, along with the date of the last update. The condition status bar also displays the total number of conditions by severity.

Note: The total number of conditions displayed does not count the conditions without the severity specified.

To address general conditions on a record

  1. Find and open the desired record.

  2. Select the Conditions tab.

  3. Select a condition in the Condition name column.

  4. Complete any of these steps as needed:

    • Make changes to any fields as needed and select Submit. For a description of condition fields, see Conditions fields details.

    • If the condition severity is Hold and you have the correct permissions, you can select Override to change the severity to none.

    • If the condition severity is Lock and you have the correct permissions, you can select Unlock to change the severity to none.

    • Select Reset to undo current changes.

Note: When you select Unlock or Override, the Condition notice window validates and saves the existing field values (including changes) of the condition before unlocking or overriding the condition.
