Delete an attachment
When an attachment is no longer needed, you can delete it from Civic Platform. After you delete an attachment, you cannot recover it.
To delete an attachment

Open a record and select the Documents tab.

Select the check box next to the attachment(s) you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Yes to confirm the deletion.
