View PM schedules for an asset

You can view the list of preventative maintenance (PM) schedules that a given asset is linked to.

To view PM schedules for an asset

1. From the Asset page, open the asset for which you want to view the PM schedules.

2. Select the PM schedules tab.

3. Select the PM schedule you want to view.

   Most fields in the list are standard PM schedule fields. See Preventative maintenance schedule fields. The following additional fields give more information on the PM schedules with the asset.

   Field	Description
   Last date	The Schedule Date of the last work order for this asset.
   Last usage	The usage reading of the asset when the PM schedule generates the last work order for the asset.
   Next date	This field equals to the Next Schedule Date configured in the PM schedule.
   Next usage	This field equals to the Last Usage value plus Usage Interval configured in the PM schedule.
   Previous work order number	The number of the work order that is generated most recently by the PM schedule for the asset.
