Create, update, or delete activities for people and property

You can associate activity types with people and property pages. This association enables agencies to record simple actions related to people and property that do not require an application or service request.

Example: You might associate a “phone call” activity type with a licensed professional. When a user sees this activity type, he knows to call the associated licensed professional, and add the information about the phone call in the description field.

The people and property pages are:

  • Addresses

  • Parcels

  • Owners

  • Contacts

  • Licensed professionals

Note: The process for creating, updating, and deleting activities to/from the people and property pages is the same. This help page describes that process for all of these types of pages.
Note: From the Parcels page, you may need to maintain the activities assigned to a split or merged parcel by copying or moving activities. Select Copy or move an activity for a parcel for more information.
