Civic Platform accounting tools help you to better serve your citizens. These tools allow you to assess fees, track and process payments, transfer funds from one application to another, or generate refunds as necessary. You can also generate or review certain financial records, including receipts, as needed.

Note: You must start a cashier session before you can process, void, or refund a payment. For information about managing cashier sessions, see Begin, continue, and end a cashier session.
