Create and edit application status groups
When you create or view an application, you have the option of applying a status to each application. Sometimes there is a group of applications that have the same list of statuses.

From the Administration menu, select Application > Application status group.

Select Create new status group.

Type the Application status group, Status description, and select the Status type that you want.

Select Save.

From the Administration menu, select Application > Application status group.

Type in the group for which you are looking in the Search field or browse the groups.

Select the desired group.

Select Add status type.

Update the Status description field and select a Status type.

Select Save.
