Add or remove a PM schedule with existing batch jobs
You can add or remove PM schedules from PM schedule batch files.
Add additional PM schedules to an existing batch job.
To add a PM schedule to an existing batch job

From the Administration menu, select System tools > Batch engine.

Select the link of the batch job you want to edit.

Select the PM schedule tab.

Select Look up.

Complete one or more of the following fields for your desired search:
Note: If you do not specify any search fields and select Submit, the system returns all available PM schedules.Field Action Schedule name Enter the schedule name. Template Select the name of the work order template used for the schedule. Schedule status Select either Active or Expired.
Start date Enter a range for the start date in which you are searching Next schedule date Enter a range for the next scheduled date in which you are searching Trigger by Select Opened date, Scheduled date, or Completed date. Time interval Enter a range for the time interval for which you are searching. Usage interval
Enter a range for the usage interval of the PM schedule for which you are searching.
Generate single work order for all assets Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Generate work order if previous one opened Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Generate work orders for child assets up to n level(s) Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Include child assets in parent item’s work order Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Link asset addresses to work orders Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Primary asset address only Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Include addresses in asset’s work order Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Generate single work order for all addresses Select this option to search for PM schedules that have this option selected. Asset group Select the asset group. Asset type Select the asset type . Asset ID Enter the Asset ID of an asset that belongs to the asset type for which you are looking. Class type Select an asset class type. Comments Enter keywords that may appear in the comment section of the PM schedule for which you are looking. Record status Select the status of the record. Schedule ID Enter the schedule ID. -
Select Submit.

Select the check box next to the PM schedule(s) you want to add to the batch job.

Select Select.
You can remove unwanted or obsolete PM schedule(s) for an existing batch job.
To remove a PM schedule from a PM schedule batch job

From the Administration menu, select System tools > Batch engine.

Select the name of the batch job you want to edit.

Select the PM schedule tab.
-
Select the check box next to the PM Schedule(s) you want to remove from the batch job.

Select Delete.
