Fee schedules

The Fee Management feature is easy to maintain and manage and currently resides in the new Admin screen.

To access fee administration

  1. From the Administration menu, select Finance > Fee schedules.

  2. Use the Find in list field to quickly locate available fee schedules.

    1. Type search terms to find content within the schedules.

    2. Select a STATUS from the menu to filter out results by Enabled or Disabled schedules.

      Set filters are a future enhancement.

  3. Select one of the linked titles to view a fee schedule.

Assign a module to a fee schedule

By default, every fee schedule functions in all modules. You can, however, limit a fee schedule to work in specific modules. For example, if your agency has a building module, a code enforcement module, and a service request module, you can have fee schedules, specific to building permits, that you do not want to assign to the other modules.

To assign a module to a fee schedule

  1. From the Administration menu, select Finance > Fee management.

  2. Enter any search criteria into the Find in list field.

  3. Use the list to select a module to assign.

  4. Select Save.

  5. For each additional module you want to assign, repeat steps as needed.
